Employment

Regarding the country’s rapidly growing labor demand, this trend stands in stark contrast to the current situation, in which Cambodian have been fleeing the country in search of employment, resulting in a severe labor shortage. Population of migrants working abroad amounted to 1,235,993 (Report of Annual General Meeting 2018, Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training).

Agriculture

CTEP invited students, farmers, and agricultural business people to visit Taiwan to explore and learn about agricultural technology. CTEP also invites Taiwan business people to invest in the agriculture sector in Cambodia.
